Vitality essential oils are a range of oils that have just been released and approved as a flavoring agent for use in food and beverages. They consist of your citrus oils and all your herb plants such as Thyme, Mint, Marjoram etc

Never used oils in your cooking before? Oils can generally be used in place of the same food that the oils comes from, and normally you’d add the essential oil towards the end of the cooking process. Occasionally there will be a flavor difference, for example if the oil comes from the seed (such as coriander seed), it will taste like coriander seed (which is popular in curries), and it won’t taste like coriander leaves. Start with one drop and build up to taste, and if you need less than a drop, use a toothpick.

The sky is the limit with what you can use these oils in, and because of the concentration of the oil only a little is needed. I use the citrus range in my drinking water daily, also love the combo of orange and fennel and lavender and lime!

They can be used in conventional ways of cooking, ice creams, raw foods….leave the rest to your imagination! Great to have handy when foods are out of season….

The Vitality oil range consists of: Basil, Black Pepper, Clove, Coriander, Dill, Fennel, Frankincense, Ginger, Grapefruit, Jade Lemon, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lemon Myrtle, Lime, Marjoram, Nutmeg, Orange, Oregano, Peppermint, Rose, Rosemary, Sage, Spearmint, Tangerine, Tarragon and Thyme.
