Some of those oils include Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, Bergamot, Fennel, Coriander, Marjoram, Dill, Rosemary, Sage and Spearmint. They are perfect to add taste and dimension to meals and great when produce is out of stock.Because of the concentration of these oils a little can go a long long way esp with the hotter oils such as cinnamon, clove, lemongrass. Less is often more.
